Our weekends have become more physically painful than the work week. It's true we are taking 5 days to get there, time that Meleah will be out of school and Harley off work but trying to find an ending point for several aspsects of our life here in Texas such as doctor visits, Meleah's school stuff, Trinity's entertainment and going through the items we could possibly live without has began to consume the work week for Carrie. We decided to take our 70 pound 9 year old Black Labrador named Ebony with us. We thought about perhaps rehoming her but after careful consideration, we rememebered that our family is the ONLY family she has ever known and at 9 years old a Lab is considered a Senior Citizen. Carrie plans to continue to walk and lose weight in Redmond and will need a walking partner. Of course nobody with any brains will come near her with Ebony in tow.
Carrie's mom, Janice and her 3 month old nephew Benjamin are both going to join in on the ride to Redmond!! So watch out Middle America for we will have a convoy consisting of 1 U-Haul and a White Honda Odyssey loaded down with 3 kids under the age of 6 and an often car sick Black Lab in the back.
Oh the fun that awaits!!
